Refund Policy

When you can get a refund — covering free checks (no charge), per-check premium purchases, annual subscription plans, technical-failure exceptions, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. All prices include GST.

Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with Gumshoe — permitted uses like supplier onboarding and fraud prevention, prohibited uses including stalking, bulk scraping, and commercial redistribution, and how sole-trader records must be handled under the Privacy Act.
