How to subscribe
- Log in and go to Pricing or click Upgrade in your dashboard
- Select Individual or Enterprise
- Review the order summary — any account credits are automatically applied
- Enter card details (or complete with credits if your balance covers the full amount)
- Your plan activates immediately on payment
How account credits apply
If you have an account credit balance, it is automatically applied against the annual plan price at checkout. If your credits cover the full amount, no card entry is required. Any shortfall is charged to your card.
Renewal
Your plan does not auto-renew. You will receive a reminder email 30 days before expiry and again at 7 days. At expiry your account reverts to the free tier — no charges occur without your action. Unused monthly phone/SV inclusions do not roll over.
What happens at expiry
- Free-tier verifications continue to work normally
- Pay-per-check add-ons continue to work normally
- Phoenix Shield monitoring pauses — your monitored suppliers are retained and monitoring resumes if you resubscribe
- Monthly inclusions stop immediately
Cancellation
Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year and are non-refundable except in the first 14 days. To request a cancellation and refund within 14 days, contact support@gumshoe.au with your order reference. After 14 days, your plan continues until the end of the billing period and is not renewed.
Upgrading from Individual to Enterprise
Contact support to upgrade mid-cycle. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining period, and your plan upgrades immediately.
